Full Automatic Kitchen Towel Lamination Machine

Full Automatic Kitchen Towel Lamination Machine is adjustable to meet the requested finished product of toilet paper and kitchen towel, or maix roll. The machine will process the raw material from jumbo roll after full embossing /lamination or edge embossing, then perforation, end cutting and spray the tail glue become a log. Then it can working with cutting machine and packing machine to become the finished products (toilet tissue/kitchen paepr /maxi roll).

1. The speed of this rewinder is up to 250m/min, 4 logs per minute.

2. Equipped with level color glue lamination system for kitchen towel / toilet tissue production.

3. The glue lamination system unit included two big sets embossing unit.

4. The jumbo roll stand with double or three belt driving system,

5. The jumbo rolls can be up to 1500mm diameter, and with a pneumatic loading of jumbo roll system.

6. This production line can be automatically changed core, finished product automatic loading and unloading, sealing tail, auto cutting, size can be adjusted, convenient for users to produce products of different specifications
