Toilet Tissue Roll Making Machine is used for processing toilet paper rolls/kitchen towel. The parent paper is rewound by embossing and crimping, then cut and sealed with glue, connected to cut machine and pack machine to get the final product. The bearings, electrical components and synchronous belts are made of famous brand products.Using PLC asynchronous servo control, the slave motor follows the main motor to run, and the paper surface tension is stable during the rewinding process. It avoids the paper surface wrinkling caused by the loose and tight paper surface caused by the chain drive on and off, the fluctuation of the punching pitch, and the uneven tightness of the paper ball.
