Tissue paper production machine is composed of raw material rack, paper conveying unit, embossing unit, spraying unit, punching unit, winding unit, electric control and cutting system.This machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with CE certification standards and is equipped with safety devices such as safety doors and emergency stops to protect operators.

1. The speed ratio adjustment is completed on the HMI interface to ensure that the embossed toilet paper is synchronized with the main motor.

2.Tissue paper production machine is used for embossing pattern steel on embossed paper tube.

3. The embossing device is equipped with a 395 mm diameter steel mold roll and a nitrile rubber roll.

4.Automatic paper tube changing device, no need to manually thread the paper tube, the finished product will be sent out automatically after rewinding, and the rewinding will resume immediately.

5.The front and rear inching switches are used to pull the base paper, which makes the operation easier and safer.

6.This machine adopts vacuum suction edge, fixed knife angle, stable operation and neat cut.
