Small Toilet Tissue Production Machine

The Small Toilet Tissue Production Machine is to perforate and cut the raw paper into various sizes of toilet paper/kitchen towel according to the requested. The finished product is neat, in good order and with equality tension. It has the feature of compact structure, easy and stable operation,The highest production speed is 200-240m/min.

1.This machine is consist of jumbo roll stands, embossing unit, perforating unit, rewinding unit, electricity control and cutting system.

2.The production process: unwinding embossing -→ embossing paper tissue-→perforating-→rewinding log.

3.Separate tension control device in each roll of raw paper, thus the rewinder can match up with various GSM paper.

4.Pneumatic lifting devices: Raw paper is raised on to the machine by pneumatic lifting arms, save the labor.

5. Web-edge alignment adjustors: Independent web-edge adjustors in each roll of raw paper.

6.Adopt PLC control system, easy to operate and steady running.
