Full Automatic Automatic Tissue Paper Manufacturing Machine is for toilet paper roll processing to produce toilet paper roll or kitchen towel.

This machine has a core feeding device, which can be used with and without cores.

After the raw materials are fully embossed or edge-pressed by the large rollers, they are then punched, cut, and sprayed into logs. Then it is processed into finished products together with paper cutter and packaging machine.

This machine adopts PLC control, touch screen operation, the whole process is automatic, the operation is convenient, and the labor cost is reduced. Our machines can be customized according to customer requirements.

The production process is: Unreeling - Embossing - Perforating- Lamination- Rewinding- Tail-gluing- Edge trimming---Automatic core loading.
