The Auaomtic Hand Towel Paper Lamination Machine is used to produce V folded Hand Towel and paper towel, facial tissue products. It will process the jumbo roll through unwinding-embossing-lamination-folding-cutting-ouput. The machine transmissions are all by gear and simultaneous belt.

 

Control Unit:

1. Speed adjusted:controlled by SIMENS inverter, with SIMENS PLC and touch screen.

2. Counting system:counter adjusted

3. Jogging button and emergency button installed on machine

4. Electrical control

1) Disconnecter, protection switch electromagnetic contactor is used brand TianZhenghengTai.

2) Control buttons is Schneider.

3) Relay is used OMRON.

4) Proximity switch is TAIWAN brand YANGMING

 

Air-operated control:
