Small Toilet Paper Machine

Small toilet paper machine is used to process the roll toilet paper equipment, the jumbo roll through embossing unit, perforating unit and edge cutting spray seal tail to finished paper roll log. The machine will be matched with paper tissue cutting machine and packaging machine to get the final finished toilet paper product.

1.Pneumatic wide belt feeding paper, using point-to-point, point-to-point equal decorative embossing, gluing, clear and beautiful pattern, light weight.

2.The small toilet paper machine automatically trims, sprays glue, seals, and draws the shaft in an instant, so that the roll paper is transferred to the band saw for cutting and packaging without paper loss.

3.Independent wall-type paper backstand, the structure is simpler stronger, easy to clean.

4.Each unwinding stand is driven by individual motor. Each motor is controlled by individual frequency inverter.

5.When the finished log come to tail sealer, trimming, glue spraying sealing can be finished at the same time.
