Mechanical pulping can be divided into two categories: groundwood pulp production and preheated mechanical pulping (TMP), which sometimes requires chemicals (CTMP).
In the process of grinding wood pulp, the wood is pressed on the grinding stone by mechanical pressing. The wood breaks down into fibers under the action of hydraulic pressure. After the wood fiber is separated, there are still many kinds of impurities. The milled wood pulp yield can be as high as about 95%, and the turbidity is high, but its strength is relatively low due to the lignin content.
In the preheated mechanical pulping process (TMP), the wood is processed into wood chips of most uniform size. It is then transported to the impregnation station where the wood chips are impregnated with chemicals and heated. After this stage, it is transferred to a refining station and subsequently filtered and bleached. The finished product still has lignin from the cell wall, and the color of the paper is yellow.
The SIPAPER drive unit is a solution that enables refiners, refiners and pumps to operate at optimized power levels. The SIPAPER processing solution is designed to ensure that the water used in the production process complies with environmental regulations, while the SIPAPER power solution enables transformer, power distribution and power monitoring.
