-- The manufacturing process of tissue paper is only slightly different from other paper.
-- It is the same as ordinary paper, through the same pulping, pressing and conversion process, with only minor changes.
1.Pulping
Trees are cut down, sliced, ground into thin slices, soaked and separated. Pulp is made from wood fibers or recycled materials.
Stirred together, these thin sheets are produced in a mixing tank with a large amount of water and other chemicals.
While the wood pulp is still in the mixing tank, the manufacturer will add some chemicals, such as sodium sulfide, limestone, etc., to soften, strengthen or color the paper.
2.Pressing
The prepared pulp is then poured onto a fast-moving conveyor belt made of highly porous material, which is driven by a large steam heated cylinder. The pulp is uniformly poured over the width of the belt / drum. All the moisture is lost through the pores, leaving only fine fibers on the belt to form a delicate fabric.
The tissue is then transferred to a huge heating roller called the Yankees. The Yankee heat can almost instantly dry the fabric.
The tissue is then transferred to a core to form a large diameter roll.
Adjusting the stretch speed of the scroll allows you to get a thicker or thinner tissue according to your goal.
Then put the rolls into the converter.
3.Converting
Take out the tissue, separate the layers and pass through the embossing roller.
Relief can soften toilet paper and can also be used to make decorative patterns.
These layers are removed and glued together. Then the doctor stabs the tissue with a blade so that the sheets can be easily torn open.
The paper towel can then be made into a flat surface or wound around a cardboard tube to form a cylindrical coil.
The winder can produce a variety of different sizes of edges and different numbers of plates.
Large rolls of paper are fed into the medical system and cut into separate rolls by a large rotating doctor blade.
All kinds of processing machine can be purchased with a best price, welcome to contact!!
