Operation process of the full-automatic toilet paper making machine: 

first, put the raw paper rack on the paper feed rack (three-axis paper). The paper feed rack is equipped with an automatic paper feeding device and a paper feed device. 

Then, the paper is fed into the paper feed roller. Before the paper feed roller, there is a tension bar device to flatten the paper surface,

and then into the punching device and finally into the roll guide device. Both sides of the guide roll are provided with hollow paper shaft devices to make centerless paper. The reels are repeatedly guided by a roll guide roller and a paper pressing roller (the tightness of the reels is adjusted according to the requirements of the customers, and can be adjusted at will by the air pressure control). 

When the reels reach a certain specification, the machine will stop automatically and the reels will be pushed out automatically.

Separate the roll of paper through the paper cutter, and automatically spray and seal the paper at the same time of cutting. After the whole program is completed, the machine will restart automatically after the startup delay to time. After the finished product comes down, the large saw will cut the paper into rolls of different specifications (the customer requires cutting). The whole process is controlled by PLC and frequency conversion.
